Golden Hands CBO is dedicated to making mental health support accessible, affordable, and stigma-free for all Kenyans — especially those in underserved and rural communities.
Founded in 2025 by a group of mental health advocates, social workers, and community leaders. From humble beginnings in Nairobi, we have grown into an organisation touching lives across 6 counties in Kenya.
We tackle depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, student mental health, and the deep-rooted stigma that prevents people from seeking help. Cultural and societal barriers remain major obstacles — our work challenges these every day.
